The quick verdict
Atomic Golf is the most fun new thing to happen to Las Vegas golf entertainment since Topgolf itself. The Trackman-powered games, the projection-mapped Putting District, and a chef-driven menu make it feel like the next generation of the concept, not a copy of it. It leans loud and nightclubby, the tech can occasionally hiccup, and the north-end location takes more effort to reach, but for a group night out it delivers. Go after dark, bring a full crew, and look at the all-inclusive packages before you book a plain bay. Verdict: the spectacle earns the hype and the golf is secondary. Go for the night out, not your swing.

What Atomic Golf actually is
Atomic Golf opened March 22, 2024, and it was built with one mission: do not copy Topgolf, out-do it. The result is a 100,000-square-foot, four-level complex at 1850 S Main St, right next to The STRAT on the north end of the Strip, in the Arts District side of town.
The numbers: 103 hitting bays facing a 212-yard range, six full-service bars, a chef-driven restaurant, and a design language that is pure Vegas nightlife: neon, murals from local Arts District artists, LED floors, and in-house DJs. The whole place is air-conditioned, which matters more than it sounds when it is 40 degrees outside.
It is also worth knowing what it is not. This is not a quiet driving range and it is not trying to be one. It is golf as a night out, aimed squarely at groups, date nights, and parties.
Pricing
Pricing is per bay, not per person, and this is where Atomic Golf makes its case. As of September 2026, per atomicgolf.com:
- Standard bay rental: $60 an hour on weekdays, $80 an hour on weekends. Bays fit up to six players, which works out to as little as $10 per person per hour with a full bay on a weekday.
- No food and drink minimum. This is the big structural difference from competitors. You pay the bay rate and only what you actually eat and drink.
- Locals deal: 25% off gameplay for Las Vegas locals.
- All-inclusive Happy Hour: Monday to Thursday, 12 to 6 PM, from $49 per person. Two hours of golf in a private bay plus unlimited food and draft beer, wine, seltzers, and fountain drinks.
- All-inclusive packages: Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers step up the drinks (specialty cocktails, house and premium liquor) and food. In September 2026 they also brought back the viral $59 all-inclusive football deal: three hours of unlimited stadium food, draft beer, house spirits, and golf in shared bays on game days.
Rates move with demand and promotions change, so check atomicgolf.com for current pricing before you go. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a bay online.
Bays run $60 an hour on weekdays and $80 on weekends, fitting up to 8 people with no food and drink minimum, which works out to as little as $7.50 per person per hour with a full bay. Before booking a bare bay, price the packages: the weekday happy hour and game-day all-inclusives are the best value play in Vegas golf entertainment right now.
The games and tech
This is Atomic Golf’s headline act. Instead of microchipped balls, the bays use radar-based Trackman technology, the same ball-tracking system serious golfers know from launch monitors. That powers six games, including one called Territory, where you claim sections of the range in head-to-head battles against your group.
The two things you cannot get anywhere else in Vegas:
- The Putting District. Eight digital putting bays on level one with projection mapping that turns the putting surface into an interactive video game. It is genuinely different from anything at a golf entertainment venue, and it is the thing people talk about after.
- The cannon bays. Two bays with a machine cannon that launches golf balls at the targets. Exclusive to Atomic Golf, first come, first served.
Fair note: the tech is newer than the competition’s, and guest reviews occasionally mention glitches. If your shots stop registering, flag a staffer immediately. You do not want to burn paid bay time on a frozen screen.
Food and drinks
Atomic Golf hired a real chef and it shows. Robert Lomeli, formerly of Top of the World at The STRAT, built the menu: Lobster Popcorn, NY Steak “Banh Mi” fries, Birria Tacos, Crispy Chicken Biscuit with country gravy, Atomic Sliders. This is not driving-range food; it is a legit kitchen that happens to sit inside a golf venue.
Drinks run through six full-service bars, including a self-pour Tap Room with 15 locally brewed beers and the Cosmic Lounge, the venue’s restaurant and lounge with a programmable LED dance floor that pulses to the DJ. Signature cocktails and frozen drinks round it out.
The honest read: the food punches above golf-venue standard and the menu reads like a real restaurant, not a driving range. Prices are Strip-level, so fold the food into one of the all-inclusive packages if you plan to eat.
The atmosphere
Daytime Atomic Golf is relaxed and genuinely family-friendly: bright, open, good food, easy games. Then the sun goes down and the venue changes completely.
After dark it is a nightclub that happens to have golf bays. DJs, LED floors, neon, a young and loud crowd, bottle service on the tables. It is the most deliberately Vegas-feeling of the golf entertainment venues, and it photographs like crazy. If your group wants a night that feels like a night out, not an activity, this is the one.
The tradeoff is real, though: it is loud, it is high-energy, and it is not the venue for a quiet evening. Know what you are signing up for.
Who it’s for
- Groups of friends: The best use case. Six to a bay, no drink minimum, packages that bundle everything into one price. Built for this.
- Date night: Underrated. It is flashier and more impressive than the competition, and the Cosmic Lounge gives you somewhere to land after the bays.
- Bachelor and bachelorette parties: Atomic Golf courts this crowd openly, with the Gold and Platinum packages built for it.
- Families: Good during the day. At night the scene tilts hard adult, so aim for afternoon if kids are coming.
- Non-golfers: The games are built so beginners score immediately, and the Putting District needs zero golf skill at all. Bring the friend who has never swung a club.
- Serious golfers: The Trackman data is legit and fun to look at, but this is entertainment first. Your swing work can wait.
Tips before you go
- Check the packages before booking a plain bay. The $49 weekday Happy Hour and the seasonal all-inclusives can beat the plain hourly rate on value, especially if your group eats and drinks.
- Bring a full bay. Six players at $60 an hour is $10 a head. Two players at $60 an hour is $30 a head. The math is the math.
- Go after dark for the full experience. Daytime is fun; nighttime is the point. The venue was designed for it.
- Pair it with the STRAT. Atomic Golf is next door to the cheapest rooms on the Strip. Stay there, walk over, and your whole night costs less than a mid-Strip dinner. My review: STRAT Hotel Review.
- Book ahead on weekends. Friday and Saturday nights are peak, and the venue sells out. A 50% deposit holds your bay.
- Sunsets are the sleeper pick. The bays face the Spring Mountains, and reviewers consistently call the sunset view a highlight. Late afternoon into evening is the sweet spot.
Book the late-afternoon slot: you get daylight golf, the sunset over the mountains, and the venue lighting up for the night, all in one session. And book ahead on weekends. Friday and Saturday nights sell out.

As of September 2026, bay rental is $60 an hour on weekdays and $80 an hour on weekends, per bay for up to six players, with no food and drink minimum. All-inclusive packages start at $49 per person for the weekday Happy Hour. Check atomicgolf.com for current rates and promotions.
Where is Atomic Golf located?
1850 S Main St, Las Vegas, NV, right next to The STRAT on the north end of the Strip. It is not walkable from the mid-Strip resort corridor; budget a rideshare.
Is Atomic Golf better than Topgolf?

Do you need your own clubs?
No. Clubs are provided free at every bay. Bring your own only if you are particular.
What are Atomic Golf’s hours?
Hours shift with the season and events, but it generally runs late: open midday through midnight or 2 AM on weekends. Check atomicgolf.com before you go.
